Club Training

Learn to ride in a group.

Expand your limits.

At Kilbride Cyclists we encourage members to regulary hit the roads and expand their limits.  We believe that as a Club nobody should get left behind.  Starting off small and building up the miles is the prefered method to advance your cycling ability.  Knowing your limits is important to keep yourself and others safe on the roads.
